I have a question... Can I connect to this printer with my phone's hotspot using another phone as the router or what? I have no wifi. Might as well know now rather than buy it and wind up sending it back.

Half-assed at best I honestly only use it to check on the timelines of my pieces along with changing the filaments it is more responsive than the web browser app for those two tasks however the phone app does not give a precise timeline and gives you a rough estimate which honestly is fine since the timeline seem to vary so much. making the sculpto login part of Thanksgiving login would have been preferable. The app also has a tendency to set off your notifications and ringtone at random times

This app sucks, and there's no customer support! I tried to email them several times and there's been no response. My Sculpto app won't recognize my sign on info for the Thingiverse account (required to use the printer) so i can't use my printer and i can't get any help. Don't bother with this printer, it's advertised as easy for beginners but it's not intuitive at all and having no customer service is ridiculous, that's no way to run a tech company!

This is my first day using a 3d printer and it's going well so far, but I'm already hitting limitations with the Sculpto app. Some projects I want to print require the ability to mirror parts. It'd also be nice to be able to adjust the scale of a model. Maybe I'm overlooking those options but I don't see them. Anyway, I'm looking forward to my Sculpto2 life!

Please include more info about setting up wifi-can't handle WP2 security, so a user would need to modify their router. Add link to FAQs a clear up the color codes. Thinigyverse connection also took a few tries. best paired with a thinigyverse viewer (open link on bottom) as loading is slow (this is a thinigyverse issue) and doesn't show file names untill downloaded. Hard to see uploaded STL file models. on the browser version, models are shown in green, not black on a dark background!

This app is terrible!!! It takes forever to connect the printer to the app and wifi despite having high speed internet and a 2.4g speed connection for the printer itself. I love the printer but I wish there was a different way of being able to connect it because I do not recommend this app. I have completely wasted my time and money.

initially I would have probably rated this at a 4 maybe 5. I got the printer yesterday and set it up relatively easily, despite there being hardly any instructions. Downloaded the app, logged into thingiverse and did a handful of prints to get a feel for it. A few hours later I strugged to get the app to load. This morning, everything loaded fine, did another print, turned out well. Now it won't connect to the internet. What use is the printer if I can't use the app?

Im sorry, but you really need to improve this app 1. You need to make the app remember where you scrolled down to. If I look at a model and go back, its relly annoying I need to start over 2. There are 18 categories on the front page, where one is game of thrones. Not only is it a bad category (to specefic), it's also empty 3. There is VERY little change in what models gets featured on the front page 4. It's so slow to get models 5. It should come with more suggestions, so it can inspire

Neither printer nor App includes wifi setup instructions, and the tiny checkbox "associate with user account" should both be larger and mention that it is mandatory to use the printer. The screen this was on was hidden behind "configure device" after connecting to the printers wifi. If I had the instructions the influencers on youtube received, I would not have had this much hassle setting up my device.

I would love to be able to rotate my project on all 3 axis. If we could do that inside the sculpto app, it would make some prints easier or require less support materials.
