「擁抱健康」中醫平台由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款捐助啟動，由香港浸會大學 ‒ 賽馬會中醫疾病預防與健康管理中心開發，所擁有的功能除了提供可靠的中醫健康知識，讓市民方便地瞭解、認識中醫。市民更可利用此平台記錄健康狀況，掌握自身健康變化，並及時與中醫師溝通諮詢。此程式將長遠幫助市民持續地關注健康，達到共同管理健康的目的。

手機應用程式功能包括︰
1. 中醫體質測試︰填寫中醫體質問卷，初步瞭解自己的中醫體質類型，並得到簡單的養生建議
2. 自主健康日記︰簡單、快捷地記錄每日身體主要狀況，幫助自己和醫師更有效地觀察及掌握您的健康變化
3. 養生學堂︰通過我們精心編製的影片、文章和書籍，帶您領略神奇、豐富的中醫藥保健知識，學習簡單、有效的養生保健方法
