Not user friendly. It looks like they took a regular computer screen and tried to scrunch it down to fit on a cell phone without adjusting the format. There are still words off the screen or overlapping. There are over 400 invasive species to scroll thru to find the one you want, but only shows 5 at a time. They are in alphabetical order, a search feature would help. Also add a submit report button to the individual species boxes. I was pressing all over, waiting for something to happen.

This application is very frustrating. I installed and completed the registration process. After I submitted my registration, the screen turned white and nothing further happened. I then tried to log into the application and received a message that I used an invalid username. I repeated the registration process three times with the same results. Because the registration was unsuccessful, I can only operate in demo mode. Ridiculous! FYI, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with updated software.

Sub-par at best. I keep trying to send the data of invasive species I have found but I keep getting the message that I can't connect to the server even though it says I am connected with the green light. Guys, we are suppose to be finding bugs in our homes and woods... not in this app.

It would be nice if you could actually read the rest of the text that goes off the screen especially because where the *Terms are concerned. *For the record, I have no idea what the terms are because I couldn't read the whole thing! There is no option to scroll side to side and the magnification tool that is offered is already set to the smallest setting with the text going off the screen.

Following the directions for reporting as supplied on the app and when I tap on the thing to report, it does nothing. UPDATE:page finally loaded!

Couldnt even successfully register. Wont take any email. Says invalid. NOT. 5 thumbs down.:( would be said 0 stars, if possible.

Keeps telling me my email is invalid, then won't let me log in saying user name is wrong...JUNK!

Poorly made, not worth using

I'm not sure who is running this app but it is horrid.

It would be nice if we could zoom in on the photos in the database. How about a response from the recipients when a photo is submitted? That would be especially helpful if something was incorrectly identified as an invasive species. Is there someplace I can go where I can see, and possibly add to, something that I uploaded? Everything about this app is very, very slow to load.
