Garbage. I never write reviews, but this is so bad I had to make an exception. In a city that relies on tourism, public transportation should be easy to understand, and use. Had I not asked the tourist information desk what bus number I needed, I would have never been able to reach my destination. The app doesn't work, and the website doesn't load. Google maps provided accurate and easy to use information.

The app doesn't work, even after the latest update...and yes, I have an Internet connection, despite the apps insistance that I don't, and used that connection to download the update. Go figure! The website doesn't work either, on my phone or desktop. Waste of space, which is a pity as it was excellent last year

Like other people have said, the app won't connect. It doesn't show bus routes, times or anything. It says to connect to the internet, when I'm clearly connected. I uninstalled the app.

Impossible to recharge via NFC. Card is getting blocked or lost connection all the time with different type of errors. And after 10th attempt even when transaction is successful, few minutes later the recharge is amended.

NFC charging doesn't work properly, it's always error message 20001 or 20002. I am not moving the card and with other apps it works fine!

As others have said at least as of now (Oct 2018) app will not download routes. Says needs an internet connection even though there is one. Uninstalled.

For whatever reason it does not work with WiFi. Turn it off and enable mobile data and bus routes should be accessible.

EMT website is still down and app cannot even access route information. Completely useless until this is fixed.
