this app does what it's intended to. if your having a problem it is not with this app. 1st - when rooting back up contacts, pics, documents, anything you don't want to lose, remove phone locks, Google and other account info, and do a factory restore. Skipping this usually ends in boot loop. 2nd - flash your recovery, CWM/TWRP/ other 3rd - follow your device rooting guide, and be sure it's the correct device model, as well as the correct service provider, especially with new roms.

TERRIBLE SOFTWARE! Paid & Installed this app over standard SuperSU app. Followed all instructions to the letter & clicked on "How To Root" button...it returned the error "502 Bad Gateway" & then the app locks and hangs. Not a great start! None of the links work except the contact via Facebook link...this clearly is poorly maintained software & does not instill confidence in its developers! I will now have to use a PC to research how to root my mobile & use SuperSU! Not everyone uses SadBook!

Using SuperSU Pro has just been a continuation of using the free functioning one, what's nice is the more times I have reactivated this service the more I laid certain functions and features I'm still not even close to halfway through the fantastic tweaks and functions we don't understand an e xplanation but you can Jews not use them and you don't necessarily see Haywire or the breaking down of your settings in fact a lot of kind of but it's nice because you taking more stuff

Thought the pro version would write over the unpaid version but it didn’t. Both kept crashing and neither would open, even after i removed the unpaid version this still won’t work. Really frustrating.

Never had an issue with this in the past but this paid version doesn't even show up on my devices after installing it. Worse I can't seem to get a refund after uninstaling it.

Yeah, you claimed an mx10 and a t95z plus. stuck in bootloop on both. reflashing turned into card burning and now in the trash. I assume when reinstalling the rom your program failed twice. you should fix that if your gonna charge for it. Maybe your rootchecker is misreading easily rootable as already rooted.

Scam. It says you need the basic SuperSU first, but there's no where to download it. The dedicated website doesn't have it, the Play Store doesn't have it, even XDA forums doesn't have it, at least not under the SuperSU thread. Just take this down if you're not going to make sure people can use it.

Cannot start without base version, which is not in the app store. I even flashed the Super SU apk. Cannot get it to work.

I don't know how to do the ratings. At first I install the basic supersu and is good. But after I purchased the supersu pro, then I can't load in the app and can't update the app. It keep mentioning "missing supersu binary" su binary not found. Now I'm still searching how to solve my TV box problems.
