No customer service to speak of. The delivery drivers are always late, and often forget to knock or ring the doorbell when in a hurry to drop off the food. Just now I received a message that my delivery, from the same restaurant, was being delivered by two separate drivers; meaning that my dinner orders will be arriving at separate times. Also the delivery is over an hour late. Again. Any other delivery food service, such as Wolt, would have compensated me for such a mistake. Not Foodora.

I almost never get to white any reviews, and theres issues with the payments like 4/5 times. Also time limited offers seem like a scam since im thrown out of the page every time i try to pay untill the offer closes. Not a fan

Feels janky in the light of its competitors. Free delivery on most things is a plus though. Nevertheless, the tracking and estimated arrival on your orders is usually very off. For example: a restaurant's page says it takes 25min for them to deliver. Make an order and it takes an hour or more. Also the delivery steps don't seem to update on time. Have eaten cold food because of never knowing when they left my food behind my door, not ringing the doorbell. Wolt does almost everything better.

Better delivery prices, compared to its counterpart. There are lots more restaurant cooperating, which brings more options to customers. What need to develop is to have more frequent promo codes to attract new customers and maintain old ones. So far, I do not experience any technical issues with Foodora.

On the plus side delivers food from small places like food trucks. When Foodora Market works it has a nice selection of groceries. However, for every complaint I have made to their competitor I have had to make about 4 to Foodora. Main problems are frequent cancellations and overly optimistic time estimates that have often lead to double the delivery time than what was advertised. In these situations the restaurants should be encouraged more to close orders if they can't handle the volume.

Foodora is basically has 0 costumer service. Last order, delivery guy was running around randomly in the neighborhood and costumer service chat suggested that I should go out and find him. Today my order is missing an item and Foodora doesn't even let me connect to costumer service. It just says maybe we will pay you back in 2 to 7 days. Seriously this is terrible service even for Finnish standards.

When you order trought online banking it takes your oder goes trought the procedures and when you paid for your order the Application fail takes your money and returns you back before you paid. Basicly stealing your money. And with no way to get in contact with them.

Even though the order was made one day in advance, it has still been delayed. The size of delivered sushi was barely half compared to buffet. Extremely disappointed with online food ordering.

The app search does not return what I am searching for. I search with an exact name of an restaurant (Stadin kebab Sello), but the first two results are something completely different! Only the third result is what I am looking for.

love the concept, but the service is so bad. It is either cold, late or the wrong order. This can't stay in business like this.
