Why can't the receiver see the location of the parcel? How will the receiver know if the parcel is being sent to the correct address?

The app generally works fine, its design is nice and clean but the integration between the website and the app is clearly failed. The app should not display webpages from the web site, it just makes the app pointless to use because it adds loading time and you are not connected to your account on the webpage even if you are on the app. So it's a discontinuous experience and it's a shame. The point of an app is to have a service directly on your phone to avoid getting to the web.

The worst delivery service I ever had to deal with if you can avoid using it and pay some extra money for delivery for some other companies do it!!! They are just rude at phone the call service is very expensive and in the free one there is no way you get connected with an operator , they sensed my package back with out even try to deliver it , they said that there was a problem with the address even of they have made the same delivery the previous week

Keeps crashing when trying to view tracking details. --- Update 2020-02-22: Still keeps on crashing, despite sending crash reports. Never got a reply on anything I sent them. --- Update 2020-03-16: Still crashes with version 6.2.1 --- Update 2020-03-25: Still crashes with version 6.2.3 --- Update 2020-05-06: It doesn't crash anymore with version 6.3! Very good, now please add support for other languages than French, all the German postal apps support other languages

In its new design the app is more customer-oriented, with less advertisement & more focus on parcel-trackig. The number of irrelevant notifications is also less, but I still don't receive updates of tracked parcels through the app either. This is especially annoying as you can't turn on e-mail notifications in the app to at least receive those. Also annoying is that the app reloads its interface - and most often freezes - when switching between apps, e.g. to copy a tracking code by retyping it.

La Poste tracking system in France is almost useless. It doesn't tell you where your parcel is, just that it is in the system and will be delivered to you as soon as possible. For the rest it is full of publicity for their products. Hopeless.
