Full of bugs- I hate Chevy for forcing me to use this product.. crashes all the time. The app gets very confused in big cities where small roads are close together exp. San Diego and Los Angeles. I'm constantly turning to Google maps so often, that I wonder if it's even worth downloading this app at all. Most recently, the speed limit displays stopped working. I'm very unhappy with this product.

Literally everything about this app is inferior to Google Maps, which is FREE. The sole reason I paid 99¢ was it's the only navigation app my vehicle supports and I didnt realize i was paying for a TRIAL! The voice is outdated, the directions are sluggish (especially if you miss a turn), and it can't find many popular POI. While I'm using this app I can't use Pandora at the same time, it's just one or the other. With Google Maps I can listen to my music and receive directions simultaneously.

It used to work for the first couple of years I had it (2016 and 2017), but since the Galaxy Note 8, Note 9 and Note 10+, it has not worked. I have not used the service since 2017. I try periodically, but the app always crashes. The icon on the car display will not illuminate so I can use it. I have tried several times to reconnect the Bluetooth, and used different phones. The app is slow to use, slow to search, and since 2017, will always crash, at any moment. If I could get a refund, I would like it. Google Maps is free, and Android Auto is amazing. I can't wait to trade this car that currently has to use BringGo in, so I can get Android Auto. I like my Trax, but I am not a fan of BringGo anymore.

Bought a vehicle that uses this app, decided to try it despite being in love with google maps. It was clunky to program, and by the time I got my settings right, it tried telling me there was no way to get to my house from my job without taking the highway. I know this is false, because I do it every day! If it can't find this simple route, then I don't feel it's reliable enough. I will just get a mount for my car and use my phone as a gps. I'm glad Google Play was able to refund my dollar.

**Update** Please note, we have removed support for BringGo on Android devices using Android OS version 8.0 and later. Such versions are not compatible with the head unit in your vehicle. *** Used to be good, but after several updates it is not compatible with Chevy vehicles and bluetooth. They stated it was going to be fixed, but months later no results. I did contact them again and was told the software designer was not going to fix it. Very dissapointed, always loved the app.

I’m not even going to dignify this response with a star.The app itself isn’t too bad but the customer service sucks. just because a person buys a product they can’t put it onto another device especially when you’re paying $60 that was supposedly yours for life.. That’s total BS ,Ihope your company goes out of business!!!!!

This program sucks. We bought the lifetime app and it stoped working. The people at Bringo will not reply. I send a "CRASH REPORT" Which keeps coming up on my screen. And they won't help. They got our $$$ and they don't care if the program works for us or not. It's nice to see other people are having problems with these guys to, It's not just us. P.s. *****WE HAVE UPDATED THIS DAMM THING, AND IT STILL DON'T WORK*****

I wish I could give it lower than a 1. I got the app because it is the only one compatible with our chevy. I have a galaxy s8 phone. The app crashed everytime we opened it. Not only could we not get where we were going, we purchased an app that never even opened.

only used because my Chevy Spark used it via Mylink. However I've gotten to the point where I'd rather use google maps or waze on my phone instead of this sorry excuse for a gps on my infotainment system. do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with this app.

Rip... Google Play says I purchased this app. Took forever to install... Then tried to hit me up for $60. Seriously... $60! Waze is free. Maybe $8. I'll just magnetically mount my phone to my dash... Problem solved.
