boston is awful in terms of accountability for closing tickets. e.g. ive opened several reports regarding waste management failing to pickup curbside garbage or recycle. instead of them picking up the waste they ticket us for not bringing the full receptacles back to our house. countless other examples. boston Gov takes the L
