It is the worst insurance company ever. I have been trying for the last 6 months. When I call the customer service center, they say that we are connecting your call to our department where the claim and query settlement is done. But I wait over half an hour and still they don't get any calls. Such a ridiculous insurance company.

Very Worst App. Neither the Heritage Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd nor the Developer is aware of updation or remove bugs. They have signed a sizable contract with IBA; but least concerned about the matter. No reply is attended to Emails. What to speak more? This App is not fit for "One Star" even!!! I am constrained to delete the App. Please remove from Google Play Store as it creates enormous confusion. Hope taking steps in the matter.

Average app design, not able to create profile and save insurance or card details, every time need to insert company name and policy number and search. Need drastic improvement like FHPL app...

Pathetic App. Application is actually not designed for mobile app. It shows result in very rudimentary way by listing everything. Moreover, alignment of text is not mobile friendly. It's better to visit their website for same.

Earlier I used this app and it provided ma various claim information, claim status, how much claim was settled, claim payment was made or not etc. But when I have changed my mobile set and have installed this app again ..it doesn't work even it is not opened till..

Cannot give even one star rating. We Federal Bank Retirees are totally unable to use this App of Heritage TPA. The condition is most pathetic to say the least. It refelects badly even for Google Play from where we down load the App. Please inform the purpose of hoisting this app. Is it just to convince IRDAI that the TPA is technically advanced.
