I love this group and have been a member for many years now. The mobile app has come a long way but still has so very far to go. This app does work however it can be fussy at times. Despite configuration settings the app attempts a connection at every startup. Perhaps my main issue is with the lack of Protocol support despite a platforms ability to work with others. At present the app only supports IKEv2, not some users choice. I'd really like to see PPTP and more importantly L2TP support added.

I'm sure it's a good app BUT: they take your money right away but don't give you an account right away. It should be instant. I've worked with these guys before and they have a good VPN but not enough employees. You will only be served during the day in their time zone which is somewhere in southeast Asia.

make a favor for your self and do not waste your time with this app and the people who works for customer support. the number ONE useless VPN service on the market (version for Poland - this is what we are trying to use) 95% of the time this software is not connecting at all from android devices . the "smart" Dns is so stupid. we using thos DNS addresses provided by hideipvpn on samsung TV. (also for Poland). its so slow 90% of the time their is no way to stream HD 1080 without lag.

DONT BUY...used to work in trial mode..ever since i have subscribed for 1 month period, doesnt work at all.. and customer care is useless.. they are asking me to go for manual setting, if i knew how to do it, i would have gone for other vpn apps..this app was simple to use, therefore i subscribed for it..and now i dont get refund as well..WHAT A WASTE..WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE..AND THEY ARE REPLYING ME AS IF THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR.. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP GUYS..If any issue, u wont get refund
