Yes the app is good but can be better by having more features or more options to explore. Also the experience of using the app is good but can be better. There should be one feature which helps you transfer new features to the watch. New feature in terms of more accessories or more than just pulses,footsteps, calories etc. There must be a variety. Thank you for the app it helps a lot.

worked fine until the app updated on 12/3. now it will not connect to my AT01 wristband at all. the clocks have gone forward and my wristband is now displaying the wrong time. I have uninstalled app and then re-installed and it still will not connect to the wristband. my phone has picked it up and is paired with it, but the app will not connect to it at all. I have tried unpairing and even resetting the wristband, all to no avail. useless app if you cant connect your device.

I have been using the archon wristband since 2019 it all worked fine and I was happy with the app until recently I changed my phone and download the archon app to sync with my wristband again, but it keep saying device not find no matter i try it over twenty times..... I hope this matter could be fix asap.

So far not able to sync with my phone, have tried a few times but can only see progress on device and not saved to app. Not great help when you email company...no point in using their products, just a song a dance to get to function.

I just purchase this tracker from a chain store. It is easy to use and show all info I need. The message notification and call alert are fantastic, no more miss call or miss message.

The function of bemoved tracker is great tha include steps, calories and heartrate. There is a notification after the phone is connected. The most important thing is to remote the camera image of the phone.

I have fitted the device to my bike and it recognises my location etc but I cannot connect it to Bluetooth on my phone. My phone has found it but it won't pair. My phone is Sony experia 1 ii

It doesn't pair up with my phone even though I have compatible mobile operation. The app is useless unless this bug fixed.
