It was working awesome when i first downloaded the app. Now when opening the app it says "first lets find your studio" and stays like that for 20mins or more before going to the main page. I have un installed 3 times. Please fix this problem.

App fails to load and when it does it keeps crashing. Developers need to improve as it's the weakest link in the F45 experience.

1. Doesn't find my studio on the first screen. 2. If I select a different studio to continue, the interface is very slow and laggy. 3. Couldn't find an exit button, so had to force close and uninstall. Maybe add all the studios so people can use the App? Unless it can only be used in some locations?

I'm constantly being logged out of my account, sometimes I have to even re-download the app just to be able to login back in. Recent update where we have to constantly swipe right to change a day is really bad because the app is TOO LAGGY. From selecting a class, booking it, getting to confirmation page, and then back out to the main booking screen takes extremely long. Sometimes I am shown as being in the waitlist when I have already booked into the class?? And when I click on "Book the class" I am instead cancelled out of the class?!?! The experience is just getting downhill and not improving at all

I have been using the App for more than 1.5yrs. Recently the App keeps crashing every time I try to book for a session. I use galaxy note 20 on Android. Suggest a fix pls.

I had no issues for the longest time. Now my screen just goes black when I open the app and I get an error message and my phone freezes up. I haven't been able to schedule classes for over a week. I've done everything except reset my phone, and I dont wanna have to do that. For reference, I use an android, so maybe that's part of the issue. Please fix this bug!

Better experience post update but feedback for dev: please give an option to cancel the membership through the app! Would be useful when the studio is being super unhelpful, kept renewing the membership and charging when I clearly said I want to take time off during the pandemic, said that "it's auto-renewed through the system" ☹️ really disappointed.

Mind-body platform was soooo much better cant understand why we have moved to this. This app is definitely a hell of a lot slower. The notifcations are annoying. Sucks how you cannot see an update on where you are on a waitlist. Overall is just a annoying and frustrating experience.
