Vertical scrolling has become incredibly inconsistent in the schedule interface. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue but please make it less difficult to scroll up and down.

After experiencing problems when I initially loaded the app, reinstalling the app solved all the crashing issues. Its been smooth and reliable ever since.

The biggest issue is the security, they had a massive data breach and my data was impacted. Don't use companies that can't look after their customers

Multiple issues with password reset and change password.. it just doesnt work.password wont reset, also when logged in via the web browser on your mobile device it doesnt display the full page so cant access book button if there are more than x number of characters . All in all its the worst experience ive had to date using an app and mobile version of your website...

Freezing issues, app freezes when trying to book events, I have an Android phone and an apple device and have the same problem on both devices. I have tried uninstalling and starting over but nothing works, very frustrating.

I got a notification from google and last pass that glofox passwords were compromised and no way to easily change your password or information on how to do so. Hopefully you have fix the issue that allowed your app and your users details to be compromised.

The new update is terrible, not user friendly and no easy way to g back to the calendar page to book another class if you don't want to add your class to your calendar. Having to search for my gym and log in every time is a complete drag. Can't see my previous memberships any more...I could name several more terrible changes. I'd recommend going back to the drawing board. "if it's not broken don't fix it" Over engineering and changes for no point or improvement on old app.

Generally this is a great app. It works stable on my phone and is quite fast and easy to navigate. Two things I would mention that would improve it are that it keeps logging me out and every time I open it I have to log in again. This started recently and wasn't like that in the beginning. The other thing would be that it would be beneficial to be able to see how many other bookings there are in a class. Especially with social distancing that would be useful. Other than that it's a great app

Terrible interface and not responsive. The app lags when I try to return to the schedule screen after booking a class, and exiting/restarting is faster. I can't turn off email notifications. The way the schedule page is designed is really confusing! Not only does it lag when I try to scroll through dates, it's not clear what date I'm reviewing. It's shocking how bad the UX is. The delayed response when I cancel or book a class has caused me to accidentally book/cancel classes. Very disappointed!
