Can not replay the recorded phone calls. It says "player does not support this type of audio file". Tried with different players but cannot replay.

Absolute nonsense. After subscribing for the premium version, I comfortably put a call through because I needed to get the conversations recorded but I ended up hearing only my own voice in all the records. All evidences I thought I had got lost bcoz of this useless app. If I need to hear my voice won't I go to the studio or use my phone recorder to do so? I wish tgere was a - 50 star rating.

Recently I am unable to record calls on my cell . What is the issue, the call gets recorded but cannot listen anything other than blank mute audio. Can you please help I am using samsung C7 pro mobile. Earlier I used to listen but not couldn't. Please help to rectify this issue as I have subscribed to this feature. I was very at peace when the calls were used to record as it has helped me quite a lot of times in emergency situations. I need to come up with some solution regards to this bug issue

I recommend this app. The only thing is you have to have the other person on speaker, so if your around someone and you don't want them to hear what's going on and you have no choice because you need a recording, well this app wouldn't be for you. Other than that it's clear for me on both ends of the cell. And it records automatically so you don't have to really worry about anything except the speaker phone being on.

Not getting any recordings neither incoming nor outgoing. Checked settings etc all appear good. So why is app not working? Had outgoing yesterday and here and there got a very feint hint of incoming but only very little amount. Now today nothing either way. Not happy. Especially as have urgent calls expected

Last year I gave 1 ⭐ star because of some issues with it but now I'm editing my review because this app has become awesome. Records on Android 11 as well, which most of the call recording apps do not. And even though there is a dialog on start-up saying that it will record only on speaker because of the changes since Android 10, it was still able to record the call normally. Highly recommend at least at this moment. As a developer myself, I would like to give big thanks and say well done.

Works very well on my HTC desire 728 . It starts recording automatically . The recording sound is 80% good quality or maybe my microphone is old . And it starts recording from the second that you call the number it's recording even if no one answered

App is good. It worked. But cannot hear the caller's voice. Only my voice has been recorded. No point when caller voice is not recorded. Please fix that to record caller voice without using speaker.

Some calls are not recording. This needs fixed asap or I'm unsubscribing. I'm using a Samsung note 20 I unsubscribed due to the only response I received from anyone, talking about "no refunds" and not actually addressing the issue. I didn't ask for a refund, but only wanted this to work. Since it only works sometimes, I'll take my money elsewhere.

After reading reviews, many or most individuals who install this app can't get any recorded sound. The follow up from the app developer will say "Sorry, we know you can't hear anything but there's not much we can do, try putting your phone on speaker and you may hear something but it probably won't be anything you understand ". So why have an app that doesn't work? And why would they actually charge people for something that doesn't deliver?
