Its very pathetic and lenthy process to begin with. They called its online but why they ask paper/documents physically i dont know.. not a good experience To start with.. the number they have given as their contact is unable to reach and customer care number is unable to connect.. how one can get in to it.. is a question.

Sometimes it does not get loaded. No data. Slowness in the app. You guys need to work on this part.

Ui and performance of the app is improved. Stable app now. But it has still one disadvantage that after sometime of ideal screen, it needs to Log In again. Many times I face this issue when I want to exit the trade or take the trade. In trading, It's all about timing. Here, I felt that time is being wasted in login again. Why you guys put timeout limit of one day in it ??? This is applicable in web as well as app. Hope it resolves soon.

Facing following issues everyday morning in opening session since I updated to newer version. 1. Logged out from the session. 2. Taking more than 10s to login even after entering all details correctly. Sometimes got "Error reaching backend" error message. 3. BN CE position was not visible in the portfolio after buying 4. Profit or loss is not visible even after completing the trade. Wish I could give -ve star for this update!!! I had trade losses in the opening session few times!!!

1. Login process is very irritating and cumbersome especially 2FA. 2. Almost every morning around 9:15 ..unable to login showing error reaching backend. Morever after this error..it shows invalid password. After a while I would be able to login with the same password. 3. Unable to view full option chain. Loads of improvements needed if SAS wants to grow..deep discounting is not enough.

Daily login issue at the opening and during the volatile mkt hrs. Unable to place orders when mkt moves. Very Weak server. Very unfriendly app. If choice is there I would rate in negative. Problems ve been there from the beginning, it worsened in the last 3-4 days. Positions trapped, missed opportunities.

This version of Alpha crashes frequently. I tried it reinstalling several times but it is not stable . The earlier version was more stable, easy and eye-catching. Hope the developers will try to understand the problems we users are facing.

Reduced range of Option chain! Option chain is only available for 5 STRIKE PRICE. It should available in full range. Backet order(Sequesntial order punching basis) shall also be introduced in this App as well as in Web version

As most of the reviews suggest the app cant handle login at 9-15 and log you out. A real pain for BTST trade. May be AMO order type can help. Also login process is too time consuming. You need to change your app developmwnt team. Your deep discount does not matter if I cant trade. If situation does not improve by october end, I will change broker.
