I am observing this from past 4-5 days not working normally... After updation , again it asking 'please update the app' then we click on ok then it's not allowing any update or to home page of the app, it's redirected to play store page... No changes...till now.. blockers is there... Please resolve issues as soon as possible... So many people are unable to apply their application for cheyutha scheme... Please resolve issues as soon as possible with updated version.

I think the app was good but server maintenance was bad the team must to be observ 4 points 1. Gender & Age updation 2.Cast certificate fetching 3.Voulnteer D.O.B server maintenance package 4. Pensioner(YSR) inter link. These are the common errors facing by volunteers. Public shows their attitude on volunteers because they don't know for these online inconvenience problem. I registered my own mobile number to both Aadhar OTP and also resistered to the volunteer mobile number. The main problem is we're not getting OTP, solve that issue, not to order change your mobile number in MPDO office. We're not illiterates. We know about that. Don't blame that's volunteer's fault. Better you need to update the software

It always says server is busy and add the logout button and volunteer details like name And cluster id ,volunteer id ,mappped door numbers ,verified data of the house hold it displaying the no.of verified forms only and add more features other wise it is a good app and nice and easy to use and give the instruction what kind of picture is taken in barbers and naibrahmins and tailors Thank u sir for developing This app

Hi sir/madamin new updated version 1.18 shows the error Beneficiary and spouse / head of the family are not in the same family/ household details... But the members are same family in our household mapping app. What to do clear the above error please tell me And also always shown servers busy 🙏🙏🙏🙄🙄

We have some volunteers resigned and we have given incharge to other volunteers, but the resigned employees applications data is not showing in the incharge volunteer login. Please fix this issue. FYI incharge data is reflecting in navasakam portal but it is not reflecting in ap volunteer app. I think data integration is missing between navasakam portal and volunteer app.

I installed to know how is my volunteer and his contact details because he/she never visited our and even not available in ward secretariat but as I tried to login with Aadar number I am unable as it always says server busy. Don't want give even one star unless I give this single star I don't even allow to post my review. Hope

getting error " please update app" even after update the application. In another mobile, keep getting error like " server busy, please try later". trying very long time.

This is chandrahasa reddy working as administrative secretary in allagadda. The problem is when volunteer try to login with the AP volunteer app OTP is not coming We tried in many ways to get OTP by uninstlling and reinstall and also in other mobiles also even commissioner sir also not able to identify the solution plzz help us in getting OTP We have nearly 14 naayi bramhan and 6 tailor applications linked to that perticuler volunteer In the case of not getting OTP it will be problem for us
