App takes a lot of time to load, which is tolerable. The worst thing is web check-in process. It does not accept any mobile number and displays "Please enter a valid mobile number" for any mobile number entered. I can see a lot of reviews pointing out this error. What is the use of this app if ultimately I have to reach out to my computer to do web check-in? Please work on it.

Not useful at all. Too long a check-in process, and it doesn't accept any mobile number as a valid number. Seriously disappointed. Waiting for this web check-in mandate to go away, as it's a huge pain point. Especially with Indigo.

I was booking a flight and the places of boarding and destination got interchanged. This app sucks. And then it's so difficult to reach customer care also. Indigo should make things easy for customer instead of casually charging and deducting exorbitant amounts!

This app has a very serious problem. I can't complete my web check in through this app. Everytime I have to go through the website instead of the app for web check in. After entering all the mandatory details and clicking on terms and conditions when I click on web check in the app, it says, "Please enter valid mobile no." though I have entered it correctly. I don't know why this problem exists but it is for sure that the problem is very serious. Please look into this matter...

Very bad costomer service. Worst service I ever came across. And it's not the representative. I am not even able to connect to a representative till now after trying for 2 days.. very bad experience. Lost a lot of my time for this mess with Indigo costomer care services. And there are lots of bugs in Indigo website. I wish I didn't book with them for true

While using check-in option, the app always ask... "Please enter valid mobile no."...it irritates. lastly you will have to login from website for check-in...App not works for Check-in...Hope company notes the same.

Bad. Everytime it glitches I got to uninstall and re install. It would work until the session lasts, and glitches again on next user session, showing server connectivity issue. What a waste of time while intending to save time

Pathetic service ,,,, 11th hr they have canceled the flight then rebooked without prior information ,,,flight took 11hr 54 mins to reach the destination...n when asked for the compensation or cancel my flight or atleast provide us lodging facility,,,said nothing can be done Given a chance I would have given negative stars.

Instead of charging convenience fee from your pax you should be paying them for Inconvenience caused. Can't understand what convenience are you providing to customers? They go online. They fill up all details. They search for the seat. They use their wallet or card for making payment. Just tell us what convenience are you really providing to your customers?? Please do away with this if you can't be of any help. In case your customer has to prepone or postpone the journey You charge fees. Why?

The application switches flight while booking the flight. This is a serious glitch in the system resulting in confirming the wrong flight and finally losing money through cancellation. If this cannot be set right, wonder how do they run the entire fleet.
