This app is of no use . I complained on it for sevral times but each time they come and see the place and just say we will look into it or it is completely ok , there's no need of repairing. I install this app but after installation the registration process is not working properly. I try many times but it doesn't work. I have given my mobile number and after it something went wrong is mentioning. Please check the problem occur and make it correct. So that all of us can work with it .

Downloaded the app successfully but it's not functioning properly. Registration was completed. But the auto location detect feature isn't working? This glitch was also present in earlier version and had to uninstall it. It's disgusting.

I registered 5-6 complain (received complain no), but one month over no action taken yet, only showing we received your complain. Authority should take action on fast track otherwise like other government flop shows this also following same track.... kindly take action quickly

Not working properly: Working issue with mapping or photo attachment. Plz. Improve with more issue options add example: street light, Street repair, street cleaning, anti mosquito spray etc.

App is good for nothing its worst n useless app. No response to any complaint. I raised one complaint on 26 Oct and today is 15 Nov but till the time no action has been taken.

Useless app, you can just raise your complaint but they never takes action. I raise a complaint for big pathhole on road but bunch of months has passed but no repair done there, tha bakwas Govt of the state and shamless work by PWD. the pwd engineer is rishi sachdeva in my area,, sir please take appropriate action, taki hum keh sake aap acha kaam kr rhe ho otherwise wahaa se sb galiya dekr hi niklte h,,
KING OF AYURVEDA
Every time we complaint about something other than a pothole they always reject the application saying that we only accept potholes applications. If this is the matter then why is too many options is there remove them from app or accept all the other option problems.
