UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) is envisaged to make e-governance 'mobile first'. It is developed by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD).
It is an evolving platform designed for citizens of India to offer them access to the pan-India e-Gov services from the Central, State, Local Bodies, and Agencies of government on app, web, SMS, and IVR channels.

Tried with more than 4 numbers. Didn't receive any OTP for registration. Cannot even view any details without an account and you cannot even create an account with this app. I don't recommend this !

When iam trying to use the umang iam getting an error "please login or register the Umang"... When I try to register the Umang, it was showing "the email address and mobile number both are exist". When I tried to do forgot mpin, it was showing an error "try to register yourself in your Umang"

Appreciate the initiative to go Digital. However, pathetic experience for COWIN appointments. It either gives an error or do not show results timely. Given that slots are opened for one hospital for one day, thousands of folks are checking at the same time to pounce on and the site response is very bad

Very bad app. Useless download. Tried for more than a week to register. OTP does not come via sms.When I use the OTP from the email it is rejected. Quite frankly I was expecting this. Most apps are not made for us in Africa.

Piece of sh1tt. Last updated in Dec 2020. Did you guys even ran a smoke test on all the participants? Looks like just a collection, sort of, progressive hyper links. Why? Make one app for Civic utils but make sure it runs well all the time.

Useless app trying to file a complain in EPFO by this app but this app isn't always showing an error which is not even genuine. Disappointed.

It's an awesome initiative and really liked the way India is progressing in this Digital era. Wanted to share that I was trying to see Jharkhand state related services but unfortunately seems it's not registered yet. I would like to suggest if we can modify the error message and UX can be improved here and there. But I really appreciate the initiative and effort by MeiTY. Keep the good work up ๐

As expected nothing works. Gives generic errors 'department systems are experiencing problems' If money was paid to the developers of this platform, they should be chased and made to pay back. This app will never work. I can come back after a year and it will still not work.

Add auto refresh & slot notification alert for given pincode in cowin.Remove its time to time login with otp,its very time consuming.Once login keeps it for the day.
