Actually I like to work in shadowfax but this app has technical problem like while login and logout I need to use some other hotspot .....I raised issue nearly 10times but till today no response from Team....So I think this should grow still more .....no proper app setting is added to this app

Here they never give solution when we had problem, I worked here but I got less payment I never cancel the order, I know if I cancel the order, I raise the ticket still now I never get solution, live chat it's waste of time, I spent 500rs petrol I can do 25 orders But they pay 30rs per orders, it's means 250₹ profit , they give some good offers in ur mg , if u complete the tast it's won't come Really I feed of the supporting team they never cal me, in live chat they never give the solution

I registered yesterday with all my details. Today morning the app would not start at all. Pathetic.😵😤😤😤 Also One cannot delete the profile if he does not want. This should be brought into attention by the App developer if you care and have some privacy policy of the employees. Allow the person to delete all the details or his profile from the app.😡 The doesn't function properly and hangs in between work or using it. Messaged the team but no use.

Earlier this app wasn't working an executive called and he took an initiative by sending email to the activation team and then it got activated. I really appreciate his work thank you so much The app is not working after first step a lady called and informed that your profile will be active in 24 hours before one week its struck in 3rd page asking me to stepin activation centre with an invalid telephone number

There is no navigation, its a very shame to you, update navigation system, without navigation your service is totally waste. It's true words, update navigation as early as possible

Shadowfax apps is hanging very much. Sometimes when i get order, i can only get ringtone alert for order but can't able to see order details in the mobile screen.. it make me to difficult to accept order sometime due to apps hanging as a result of which the order become reject even i dont want to reject the order. Please fix the problem of shadowfax apps.

This Shadowfax have worst company policy deduction on first delivery completion 500 Rupees then on second order completion same deduction on T-shirt scanning charges don't waste your time Read policy carefully before going further.

I have 5G phone with 8GB ram +865 Snapdragon, but still I'm unable to open this app, I never use that kind of worst app in my life.... there're tooo much bug. On duty time I'm waiting at restaurants and I collect order ...but suddenly app crashed and I'm unable to use this....soo just think ..how much irritating situation this...3rd class app.
