Sound suddenly increase during Adds. When we set sound level, adds doesn't follow and trigger full volume especially at the starting of the programme. All of a sudden listening loud will damage ears Developers should take it seriously and do the needful asap Another major concern is its ads..all ads are related rummy and gambling....whf it is what do you want to do with audience. Like liquor these kind of ads should be blocked....one time in an episode itself is not desired...

Riddled with bugs! The video stream suddenly starts replaying the last 5-10 seconds every few minutes or so. Also, way too many intrusive ads. What's the point of laying for a subscription if I still have to see ads? There are anyways enough ads during the play itself. Getting expensive by the day. New plans are twice as expensive as the previous ones and allow only mobile streaming. Because of hotstars monopoly viewers are left without a choice.

No 4k option available anymore , for that reason I reduce two star. I have subscribed for the top premium plan expecting to play 4k content but now I am on the losing end. I could have gone for the middle plan if there is no 4k video playback option. Do something about it. I am counting on the days it would take from this review.

I have very bad experience with this App is never working for me in mobile as well as in my LG Tv ,it always says something went wrong please try again. I took the subscription to watch IPL and other cricket matches but it never worked for me . I am very disappointed please do some load testing and fix all the bugs then it make your user happy

Best Crashing app. I am so fond of this app. No other app crashes as frequently as hotstar does. Just fell in love with the IT team on these dumbs. Loved the way it gets hang always when you try to play any video. Then simply you just need to come back to landing page and start the video again. Superb job team HotMess sorry Hotstar. This is the prime example of why you should have best development team. Just fell in love with this buggiest application.

Hello, I am paid verison used for hot star. Im very very struggling and poor for view all your videos. Reason for toomuch of adds showing to seen all videos. The customer paid and get the your hot star login, then why youre shown to too much of adds. This is very very wrost. Previously one videos only showed, but now 3 videos showned, this is your customer satisfaction? If you free version im not carry about that, but i am paid so i am asking. In future you can add 5 videos correct?

Hotstar has become very bad after the new version. Whenever i want to watch the match, the video buffering keeps happening for about 5 minutes. These Hotstar people are taking illegitimate advantage of our recharge. No correction is done even after complaining. Which is not acceptable at all. Why are you giving such poor service? While the network speed is good, any other apps run very well. Except Disney+Hotstar. Please rectify this as soon as possible.

Pathetic "PAID" app experience. Pay subscription fee and watch ads. We Waited for 6years since 2015 still not able to resolve issues. It is known to everyone that if hotstar doesn't have IPL rights be damn sure everyone will dump this app. Just waiting for U name the glitch you have it in hotstar. Hotstar don't have any reputation, but Disney you need to consider you partnership with hotstar. Waste of time waste money. Better go for Cricbuzz for score update or watch free stream in YOUTUBE.

I'm not able to play the ipl match for the past two days. Disastrous in app experience. You should seriously work on your app, it's high time. The app lags in between the match, sometimes the video gets stuck in between and you can hear the sound in the background. Pathetic app.

Ads are one too many. It's so tough to see one of the best apps turned out to be like this. This deserves even lesser than 1 star for the advertisements but I couldn't. Still nothing far away from making this app better. Just needs to lessen the ads to make it a better one.
