    Editing 4* review back to 1*...issue happens again. I had to login myself,wait for OTP each and every time I scan Sodexo QR code from the shop. This is really disgusting and time consuming. Most of the times, I had to create long queue behind me waiting for OTP to login to app when QR code is scanned. Tried reinstalling app but no use

    This is the Worst App ever seen, if anything less than 1 star is available I would have given to them. I have newly registered to Sodexo and trying to login into the app but always getting this OTP expired pop up when trying to login . Even called to the customer care and filed a complaint they said like card activation is failing we will resolve in 7 business days still it's not resolved. Please do not use this worst app 😠

    Everyday, it will do biometric then mobile/email then OTP then password then a continuous loading for around 2 minutes then only you can reach to your PIN. I posted the review about this experience, got a call from their team. Instead of getting to know more about the problem he was insisting me to delete my review. Not a good experience to use this app but sadly I don't have any other choice.

    I am not getting any OTP on my registered email whenever i tried to change my password due to this iam not able to login. I have been writing emails and calling at customer service from past 10 days (This is pathetic, you should acknowledge when customer sent any email/call). Kindly check this issue and resolve.

    Unable to link transactions while uploading bill. It goes on loading but never fetch any transaction to link with the uploaded file. So, the uploaded bill will be declined due to no transaction linked. How can link the transaction with bill if it is not showing while uploading the bill. If there is an option to upload the error screenshot then, i could have. Its been resolved .. Technical support team udated it and connect back. Thanks

    This application now does not work properly. It was not allowing me to login first, when I uninstalled and reinstalled, it at least took the credentials and now showing up "404 Not found" error....it is very confusing and irritating...

    I tried to add my husband card in my zeta app as it said I can manage multiple cards(husband,parents,kids) in one app. I could not add, referred all zeta documents, called customer service and was waited for 30min literally, then the representative says the second card also should be activated with my mobile number which is no where mentioned in any zeta documentation. How my husband company Sodexo card can be activated with my number since company would have already linked his mobile number

    I can't login, I can't update my mobile number, I called to update they saying we can't do it. I need to get a new number. R u in customer centric or the Standard Operatioing procedure does not have an option of 'YES'. Ridiculous app, and equally un suppo to I've customer service. Stuck with you just bcoz I'm a corporate client.

    No matter how many times, I upload any document for reimbursement in any format, they get rejected saying blurred image. Please solve the issue, so the documents are clear when uploaded. Tired of uploading and getting rejected.

    Poor customer support. Could not connect even after 30min waiting. The app is not showing transaction history of expired celebrations card. Customer care unresponsive on the issue or to provide statement. Disappointed!
