I like this device as it has made me a safer driver. My trips are recorded accurately and how many miles per gallon and other important facts on the health of my vehicle I drive. Recently it stopped working properly. It does no longer record my trips as it says my device is offline. However from the same location with my car running I am able to connect to the Hot Spot on my home PC and surf the Internet. I drive to an area with great T-Mobile coverage and still my trips are not recorded but HotSpot works fine. I have used this for several years. It doesn't work on my Android or iPhone as it had in the past. The service stopped working in September of this year. Please help!

It's good only for ... to know where is your car, but needs more development, if you have a fleet of cars each one cant have their app and the manager to have all of them, the way it works is that everyone sees each other, no privacy.. then when it says disturbance detected, there is no way to know what happened... it could be good as long as more features el be added...

Look.On each individual trip, regardless of which view accessed, SyncUp Drive shows "today"; there is NO date visible anywhere when viewing trips. DUH!! Don't ya think the DATE of each trip might be IMPORTANT? Clearly, there is Room on each "tile" to include an accurate Date for my trip. Like under the "Trip Completed" announcement, which, by the way is completely unnecessary, not to mention, "redundant". Or in the next view, in lieu of "today"; plenty of room to include "Monday, November 8, 21"

I appreciate you guys are fast on fixing. Now, I could see live data my vehicles are moving on screen and where all my vehicles is traveling. I am giving it a 5 stars. If I could figure out how to edit my previous rating, I don't see an option so here is my 5 stars. Great tool and fast support. I have been with Tmobile since 2005. Cheers to more years. Thanks again and please keep up the great support. You guys rock!!!

This service is very much worth the low cost. Roadside assistance, continual diagnostics, fuel Guage, maintenance records, and disturbance and trip started features, etc. all at your fingertips. Help keeping up on my vehicle is nice. Theft prevention by being notified with any disturbances.

diagnosis BASIC codes and gives basic trip data. it's also a 3RD SECURITY device in my car that let's u know if someone got into ur car and sends an alarm. I'm actually canceling it only cuz monthly fee to use it and my phone bill is too high and reason I dropped a star. but if u can drop $10 extra a month do it. I just have a new device now called bluedriver which does more with no monthly fee. WORTH IT! I USED FOR 4 YEARS. I LOVE IT.

Showing ghost trips when the vehicle is actually somewhere else. Restarting it does not seem to help. Even when parked, and the device in my hand, it says a "trip is in progress" from an "unknown location" and the map showing said location far away from where I am. It used to work well, until I thought to update it in August of 2021. Big mistake!!!!

Sometimes there will be lags on accuracy and shows the vehicle location that was hours ago, not sure if that's connection issues but overall..I like that it sends me alert when a vehicle starts and it shows the fuel level. Great app to track data when you have drivers

We first got 2 of these for our granddaughters tablets when they are with us. Now we have one on my wife's older sister's car so we can see when she leaves her regular driving area. I do wish they were a little smaller and/or came with a cable so it could be mounted under the dash with a zip tie.

New update isn't allowing app to work correctly. Before this last update... I loved the app...now, I dont. Very frustrating. Have Uninstaller, logged out, snd removed device from car...its an undue with this last update. If not corrected, I will discontinue service. By reading latest comments- I'm not the only one having issues
