This is by far one of the worst apps I have had the displeasure of using. It enjoys wasting your time with resetting your password and allowing you to set up fingerprint and passcode but then still expecting you to remember your password. And as you go through the process of setting up the password if you leave the app it will restart you down the rabbit hole of requiring fingerprint and passcode until you give up. The app interface is basic at best. One star is generous.

The app has been broken for some time now. I can log in but it crashes almost instantly meaning I'm unable to alter any of my investments and so on. Something as critical as allowing customers to change their financial status as they see fit should be top priority and any neglect on developers part on not fixing these issues is shameful. Needs to be sorted ASAP.

Was working fine but lately it has been closing automatically trying to access anything in the app once logged in. Have read I am not the only one with this issue and this I read today from a review posted way back in October last year. My app started closing shortly late last year so I thought I would leave it for a while. Still not fixed and very disappointed with Cbus for not rectifying the problem.

app has become very glitchy in recent times. I ponder if its development stopped two years ago and it's no longer compatible with current versions of android? let's you login, but crashes after pretending to try and load a page. it then shuts down and needs to be restarted so that it can crash again.... and so the cycle goes..... 🤮

Experiencing issue with access to CBUS Self Managed via app.Has been addressed to customer service several times. Blank white pages, stating "your server session time has expired". My email address was re-setup without success. No positive outcome yet...Now, I can see everyone has problems with the app. It seems there is no intension to rectify the issue. Otherwise CBUS would have left a note about known issues, instead sending an email about re-setting up the email address which doesn't help at all...

For the second time in a period of 6 weeks I was unable to log into the app went through the process of deleting app then downloading app and updated login details but still the same unable to log in which with 15 minutes to go on COB to change investment options creates a problem that could cost you money the next day. I did manage to log onto CBus website using the internet using my smartphone which is probably a, safer option but too late to change options as it's now 16:30 Melbourne time 🤨

I'm with everyone else. The app used to work ok but the last few weeks have been a dead loss. I keep getting the "Unfortunately, Cbus app has stopped message. Been in contact with them but seems a bit useless. I've been told to install the update but the last one was over a year ago. Go in on the website.

i hate this app. 4 digit pop up comes on when ever it likes. i always have to go the long way around to get in. It has been 4 weeks and my cbus app does not work tried calling cbus but it just rings out. i have had it with cbus. im going to australian super better returns and service advice to all get out of cbus no construction or infrastructure fund cannot make money to pay a healthy interest to your super accts. im done with cbus.

40MB update and no noticeable improvement. Just as clunky and useless as before on my Samsung S9+ running Pie. This app has been woeful for years despite me providing telephone feedback to CBUS. Website is fine. Fingerprint recognition sometimes, choppy graphics all the time, takes way too long to open etc, etc. C'mon CBUS, you can do way better than this.

TERRIBLE The app is constantly force closing for no apparent reason whenever I login, please get this sorted out asap and fix this please. This has been happening for quite some time and nothing has been done so far to fix it.
