Volume Ace is a Volume Manager that allow you to fast and easily manage your device volume levels. You can create profiles and switch or select them straight from the widgets. Google Pixel 4 XL: alarm volume ALWAYS resets to half volume. I am NOT using the "gradually increase alarm sound" feature. All my profiles never let me keep a volume level above 50% on the alarm volume. It is ONLY the alarm volume level that is affected this way.

I want to love this app, but something isn't right with the scheduler. I had the option turned on to vibrate on profile changes. I had to shut that off because my phone was vibrating randomly quite often. NBD, I can live without it. Now I can't manually select a profile because minutes later another profile gets triggered. Now I know why it was vibrating all the time. Instead of seting a profile once when scheduled it's being re-set constantly.

It is years I'm using it, but last update asks me a permission that I cannot find on my system, it is the "do not disturb" one. Now I can't use it, simply it opens the request, if I tap on OK button it lands me on my last used settings page. I'm on Marshmallow, I've rolled back to previous version and locked the automatic update waiting for a fix.

This app not only allows you granular control over the various volume levels on your phone, you can create volume profiles. And you can change the tones in each profile and they are remembered. This app, as simple as it may appear, is very configurable and easy to use. It makes changing system wide volume levels as easy as 3 taps. Awesome app, I highly recommend it!

[UPDATE] This is a powerful but it has 1 important feature that I strongly need. (1) It really badly needs a Export/Import settings feature that can be used to be sync the sound settings across devices. Specially for those who really use a lot of android devices at work. Other than this important needed feature, this app is in my opinion the best app for Volume control and automatic profiles and full featured widgets. Thanks a lot. I hope to see the next update.

Thanks for the quick fix! *** (Old review: The latest update requires DND permisssion access, but with android 6.0 the apps permission page crashes com.android.settings. in other words: the required permission cannot be set, as the system settings app crashes. others have reported this as well. good job. you have killed your app for android 6.0 users...)

Had free version for long time. Glitches got too frequent once I got my Note 9. Uninstalled. Tried a couple other apps. Came back but paid this time. Now I have now notification sound for any texts. Gonna research new app and uninstall this one again. Very disappointed.

For a while now, the widget has stopped updating when I change my volume. Only if I click on it and return to the desktop will it then update to the current volume levels. I have an HTC U12+ Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

Worked well as a free app, then ads started. Purchased the app and now it does not perform! Ability to mute text messages, including vibrate, disappeared. Also, it randomly changes save profiles. Too many glitches. Had to uninstall after paying!

Okay so I figured out how to get the widget to update (why should I even have to? aren't widgets supposed to show you real-time info?). But now there's a completely unwanted icon at the top of my screen. Lowering to two stars.
