First of all it doesn't support Chromecast which is really bad. The app is filled with ads, has too many bugs (streaming stops after showing the ad, often the app doesn't respond, reinitializes everytime I close and reopen the app), the controls don't work properly. I think that Sky definitely has the budget to make a decent app. Also the apps for PC and Mac are awful.

Terrible user experience. Appalling interaction with the application. Limitation in device usage at the same time is extremely annoying. Slow and sluggish. And audio not synced. Overall horrible experience. You somehow managed to make the app even worse with the latest update. It now doesn't let me watch certain content, and the little content I can watch is super choppy and buffers every 4 seconds. Easily the worst streaming application I've ever used

A ton of recurring issues - not reliable unfortunately - gives errors whose codes are not to be found in the manual - if you call customer service they rarely help (1. Cannot use my huawei laptop as it does not work even though ass system requirements are met and customer service said for weeks - do not worry in 2 weeks it's going to be solved - 2. Last week a CS representative had to call back as he was not able to find the solution and he disappeared). I have more but no more room

I tried to use it abroad but is not working. It is told that you need to connect once in Italy and then you could use it for a limited amount of time but it seems not true. Enable the service abroad permanently would increase the satisfaction and ux.

Variable Satisfaction At times the app works well. And relatively responsive. Other times it will. Not let me watch anything and tells me too many others are logged in. (not true) There is a reduced selection. I still prefer Netflix, but hope Sky will improve.

Sept 2020 Update not working and can't use the app without the update. Really frustrating ===update a couple of days later: recived a reply from Sky and the update is working fine now, change my review

I have the app on my laptop. 20 mins to launch it. Updates check at every start of the app take forever. Browsing the app is also very slow

Thanks to this up I'm able to watch my sky package all over Europe.... unfortunately most of the year I'm outside European borders for work related issues and I'm loosing a lot...

I don't know why I can't use my internal projector in my Yoga Tab. The app stops alerting "you are using a second screen" that is not true and I can'watch movies at its best.

I could not access it after entering my codes all it seems to want is access to my phone data! Seems to me to be verging on criminal! Do not trust!
