Terrible interface especially for non English ussrs. Doesn't tell you exactly how much you vhargwged your card total only for each month. There is no way to pay off balance yourself besides terrible automated transactions and terrible chat and call service.

It is a decent app; “In the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king” does summarize my feelings. English would be nice, but if the app was not built with internationalization in mind, it might be challenging and expensive to add another language. What I do not understand: why the payments appear in the history with such a delay? There seem to always be a few days lag before the payments appear in the list. Being used to immediately have a notification of a payment (if chosen) and see the full history of money movements in my European apps, this is certainly a new thing. Might be also missing something in the settings, though.

After using UFJ's multiple banking and credit card apps, it was refreshing to use this app which actually works and does what it says it will. There is quite a lot packed into this app and many of the features end up opening in the Rakuten homepage, but it still is a convenient tool for managing your cards, points and payment plans.

Very convinient application to keep track of my Rakuten credit card transactions. But I am still learning Japanese, so I would have loved an option in the app, to enable language preference. Very good app.

I got rakuten card, but I cant use it even for paying rakuten mobile bill. I cant use it for buy 定期券. It is soo useless. Because they have some restrictions. Even you try to solve the problem by calling numbers back of card. They will give you another numbers for help. When you try to talk with someone, you can only reach AI bots that doesnt solve your problem. You cannot change this reatrictions in this application. Also all are in Japanese
