Had a good dialogue with developers on discord on issues with and in game their customer service now does nothing will not forward to developers to be able continue said dialogues. Their worst is Pam who it seems has no understanding of game or its set up but to push canned response buttons.Devs dont even follow up on conversations anymore on Discord

Game is glitchy and horrible cash grab type app. Constantly crashes. Support team is very ignorant and sends out generic emails when something is wrong. Much better games out there. Don't waste your money on this.

Dude their be times I have wait to weeks for my purchase items and event rewards then it gets to a point where I can't upgrade my commanders or even open the app

The support is absolutely hopeless , login to a game you have spent alot on over the years , and you are suddenly placed in a new world to start from scratch again . And when emailing them for support and to sort out your account , they drag their feet and take their time , i have been waiting 3 days now to get my account sorted and have lost UV and Bases due to not being able to actively defend against enemies..... they need to sort themselves out or end up losing alot of players soon .

I can't start the game, it's always ask me for internet connection to connect to the server although i have internet connection. I don't know what is the reason really but I'm sure there's a problem with the game because I always have internet connection

When abuse is reported to support they take the view of 1950s america where the person of colour is automatically guilty and sentenced swiftly. The game also lags hard and has unrepaired bugs that are passed off as display errors. Even though the war of nations team says they have an actual developer now (after 2 years) nothing has changed. The bugs remain and the game is crappier than ever.

Small changes have been made to the game but, it is still pay to play. Bottom line is this game is a cash grab for POP.
