Registration issue on app, got help from another review, one has to register on website, otp works and then you log out. Now download KB app and log in. It worked for me. KB should correct this immediately as this bug must be deterring many users and getting low review. Yet to see their operation and delivery efficiency.

I think you deserve good reviews, at least based on my experience of a single order. There was no otp issue as others had mentioned. I logged in easily. The products were good, all products were delivered as promised, received text before delivery with delivery person's name and phone number. The products are reasonably priced. I even received a cashback on my wallet. I had many bad experience with Bigbasket & Spencer's, I was a bit worried to try Kolkata Basket but the first experience is good

Ridiculous & frustrating app. I had downloaded this app today but since 2 o'clock in the afternoon when I started the registration process but till now I have not received the OTP to complete the process. I think that the people who have given the previous reviews are either from the developers side or very closely associated with the developers. I feel that this is most ridiculous app.

If you are thinking of ordering from this app, please think twice before you do. I ordered from them many times and the experience has been horrible since the 1st order. They changed my ordered product with a low priced different product without telling us anything about that. After that in another order, they literally didn't deliver all items though I paid in advance for the order. Then they sent us a "order delivered" message without delivering my order. They truly deserve less than 1 star!!!

Bought fish earlier that was good. Bought Hilsa this time which is quite expensive but the quality was very very bad. We bought a whole fish and when we tried to cut it the flesh got apart from bones, the fish oil was dripping and black. We did not expect this to happen with an expensive fish. We called up the support number and the person was quite rude about the feedback, he said that we might be eating Hilsa for the first time and do not know how to cut fish. Total bad experience.

I found out the work around for the OTP Problem .One has to sign in through browser and then register and after that it works fine through app .I think through app there is some glitch for OTP sign up. But the best part is the quality of vegetables is too good ,so fresh and awesome .Though they have limited man power for delivery but no complaints about quality .Best vegetable buy ever from online. They also offer cashback
