This app is a setback from previous version. Last versions recognize more unicode. Made in Korea but doesn't recognize 한글. Is this a joke?

Phone is connected to extender, Wifi & Internet working. Starting app which then DISABLES (!) the network, does some searching and then tells me that it can't find anything, did I turn on Wifi? How idiotic is that?
