This is the reply from the Developers for the latest update crash "Good morning. I am in charge of FOTO Gallery. First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, the app functions such as hiding albums, sorting photos, moving photos, and copying photos do not work properly, and we are investigating the cause. The hide album function has been temporarily removed until the problem is resolved, and the function will be reopened when the resolution is complete. We will fix it as soon as the cause is identified. Thank you."

What is happening. All my many many folders that have taken months to sort out have dissappeared! Just a black screen. I have got to select 'photos' to see the pics, but NO albums. I have the same app version as my partner, and hers still works OK.

The organize feature bumps this app ahead of the others among with neat, non annoying album organization! Edit : Unfortunately the app is trashed for a while and it seems like we're waiting way too long for a fix. Edit 2 : Basic stuff works but can't sort besides by name. Organize works. So it's still okay, bumped to 3 star. A cool feature request would be to search pictures by their filename but I'm hoping for it to be fixed first.

I am premium user of 5 years plus all my albums have dissappeared I just get a black screen it will just display all photos or all videos. Please fix. Edit I have uninstalled and reinstalled this has made no difference. I have tried to manually read the albums again this does not work. ARE YOU ACTUALLY TRYING TO FIX THIS?

I paid for the premium version & I am unable to use the app. The first issue I faced was not being able to restore deleted pics from the trash folder. Kept saying original folder not found. It won't open pics I select; ends up opening a random pic instead, can't move/copy, delete, create folders, hide. All the features are broken, no update is fixing the issue. Been 2 months now & the developers have turned a blind eye. Using an alternate app for now. I want my money back or fix this nonsense.

Reading other reviews, I see I am not alone in my problems. I can't see ANY albums. Perhaps they are all hidden, but it doesn't matter because Foto Gallery no longer functions since the Android 11 upgrade. It was fabulous before this.

Ever since the update in July, this app is awful. I use this app to keep track of pictures that I take on the job site and organize them in folders. The update makes doing any sort of organization completely unsuccessful. The developer keeps saying they are going to fix it, but a month later, it's still broken. I have moved to a different app that hopefully works better. Too bad as I enjoyed this app while it was working.

Was great before, I have paid for the app to support the devs for their good work. Now however pictures are no longer ordered, and when I click on a picture (any) in a folder it opens some other picture. When I delete, the thumbnail stays and the trash is only updated on phone reboot. In a video folder, the thumbnails vanish upon watching a video, then scrolling through the list. When using the "refresh" button, no progress happens and the warning not to forcibly close the app seems like a joke

Loved the app, great for organizing my pictures and loved how easy it was to move between local and sim card on my samsung. Unfortunately the hidden folder feature was apparently removed which is the only reason I had paid for premium.

I have not been able to sort my pictures since the last update and that seems like months ago. I hope the developer is working on a fix and it is coming soon.....? This has been the best photo organizer app that i have ever come across and I am so unwilling to give up on it and look for a new one. Please fix it.....thanks.
