This is an amazing app and I love taking photos on it, however I'm just so disappointed that after the update I cannot access my saved photos. The Lab button (which gives access to the photos) is off screen and therefore I cannot access my photos. To the developers of this there any way that you can fix this problem! So many memories will be lost if this problem isn't fixed.

The app has crashed and won't open, I've tried restarting my phone, clearing my cache and leaving the app alone overnight. I read a review with someone having the same issue and they said the only way to rectify this problem was to uninstall and reinstall but they lost all their pictures. I really don't want to lose my pictures. How do I fix this problem without having to lose my pictures?

I love this app with my whole heart, but today I lost all my pictures. 2 months pictures I haven't make any backup and it is sad cause wasn't my fault, the app simple stop working and the only option I had was unistall it and install again. My biggest disappointment when I opened and my pictures disappeared. Wish I could find a way to get them back!

Since the latest update, it can't take a picture with flash on. So, when i use it on dark situation, it doesn't work and just take a 'blank' picture. Please fix this ASAP! I really love this app, but with this problem, i'm out.

I've been enjoying and using Huji a lot. However I bought the premium version of the app on my old phone and when transferring to my new phone I lost the premium version. I tried to buy it again, unfortunately the app doesn't allow me to do so because of bug that tells me I already own this item -- but I don't -_-. I tried to reach out to support without success.

I had huji downloaded on another phone and it worked perfectly fine but when I downloaded it one this phone, it takes over the screen to the point where the flash and the lab button doesn't even show so I can't press either one of them. Please help. I really like this app. Is it because of the type of phone?

I'm here to join the comments saying that since the last update the LAB button remains hidden, therefore we can't access to the photos. I really want to recover that photos. Please fix this problem ASAP! Do you want me to cry? Because I'm gonna cry one of these days. I love this APP, but I can't use it anymore. Thank you so much.

Just like everyone else, my huji app is completely broken since the last update because of the stupidest reason, which is the lab button (the button used to access Huji's gallery) is OFF SCREEN and thus I'm unable to press it, incredible smooth brain move by the developers, please fix this

Brilliant app, makes my pictures beautiful and more nostalgic along with date stamping them. Only downside is there's no sort of cloud backup, I've lost my phone in the past and been so worried about losing my pictures on Huji.

Can you guys please adjusting the design to a fit size on the phone screen? I see some user comments exactly got the same issue just like mine. The UI sucks!!! it is not fit in a phone screen. Its cropped, not in full mode that makes The CAPTURE and LAB Button CANNOT TAPPED BY FINGER. Pleassssee?
