The app is at present not working since last few weeks either on my mobile phone or any Android smart TV. Since then, no live TV news channels are working. Very pathetic and totally disappointing. Give a single star because we don't have any other option to give the report.

App is not working on Android TV. When I open any channel it shows "Currently Not Available". Another problem in mobile app is when I login with my mobile number and add my email address in the settings, it says email account already exists. Then, I logged with email address and went update the phone number, it says phone number already exists.

I have downloaded it on Mi TV . Why is there no hd channel options on TV ? Since now many are having larger screens TV , I think you need to include this like sunnext app . Sunnext works well with nominal subscription fees. And one main this , why is there is no Asianet channel ? I have mainly downloaded the app to view the asianet Malayalam channel. Please include it. 🙏

All channels are playing in High quality mode. There is no option to reduce the streaming quality to medium or Low quality mode. So kindly add option to reduce the streaming quality. Then only the low speed network users enjoy this without buffering (BSNL 3G Users). There is playback issue with certain channels (eg: News18 Keralam)

* I liked the concept of having mobile TV. * I can watch seamlessly on my mobile with wifi connection. * Only downside is that there are only selected few channels but good enough. * The User interface could be made little more smoother to operate

App was working fine. And quality was really good. service was excellent. but last few days app suddenly stoped working. Andnow i am not able to login. I tried every possible options. Can you please tell me Why we all are facing login issue?

Poor application. After installation you had to register with mobile or e-mail. But no registration was made possible after installation either through mobile or e-mail.

Try to improve the UI more user friendly like Sun Nxt. Right now without exiting the playing channel we couldn't go to the next channel. That is very inconvenient for use. Otherwise it's a nice app.

Since the problem happened in TV using IP box, I installed the app in phone and checked, I understood the issue is with the app as not able to sign in using any of the methods.

Iam also having the same problem...while logging ,OTP is not getting both phone number and email...please solve the problem admin.....l can understand everybody facing the same problem...
