Web Alert lets you monitor any website (or specific parts of it) you wish in order to be notified when it is updated. It even works when a login, a form post or password prompt is necessary to access the site. For example, You can also check if your own website is currently online and working correctly, or use it for UI testing and web monitoring. You navigate with its special browser to the webpage and the app tracks your navigation steps so that these can be repeated later in the background automatically. On the page you select the text (or HTML) visually that you want to watch for updates so you receive only notifications for modifications in these parts. The alarm report of the checker highlights the differences. Other apps only automate checking repeatedly the raw content behind a simple URL. This app, however, also features Web Automation where instructions (macros) are recorded interactively. Your actions to reach the website (and your selection of the text whose updates you want to keep track of) are replayed automatically in intervals specified by you. This gives you the additional opportunity to oversee alterations in Deep Web pages. The app allows you to be the first to know about changes and news. So useful & easy. All one has to do is share a web page to the app. Or paste the web page URL into the app. One can specify which part of a web page to monitor, or be notified of any changes. The app reports on the amount of change as a percentage. One can check every half hour hour, or less often, according to user preference The premium version provides additional options and abilities. I use it so I don't miss a sale where the good stuff get snapped up fast. Highly recommended!

Wow. This app is amazing so powerful yet so easy to use. Choosing the data to monitor is quick and easy, the interface is well layed out and efficient. This has made collecting data from sites so much easier than using pc based programs. One feature i would like to see is to be able to chart your obtained data in a graphical format, this would make it perfect. Well done

Works great! Instant change alert on a section of text. Very sensitive so minor changes will be reported, so you can get excess notifications, but you won't miss a change.

Target not found error shows up . When I checked the last retrieved page it shows a captcha to be solved .change selected area shows the captcha to be solved but I can only select html content. When used check in foreground page loads normally and I don't have to solve captcha (I want to solve the captcha code with check in foreground option but the captcha does not show up I guess check in background and check in foreground are 2 different browser instance).plz fix this

Have installed the app for 02 days and it doesn't work at all. I have set to check every 30mins but whenever i checked status. It would say website unreachable. Have tried the recommendation to reinstall also not working. Update-tried to add a live score website as a 2nd link & now the 1st link works.

Now it won't allow the share function to get the page for seeing it up. Took a few to sort this out. You cut and paste the url and you can input the page to establish the watch/alert. Fix that and it goes back up.
