It should be easier to shop on line with Metro. At least as easy as it is to shop on line with PC Express. I have to give a false postal code because my local Metro doesn't offer delivery nor the on-line shopping experience. So if I want to check if Metro has a certain product or if I want to compare their prices to the PC Express, I have to say that I live in another town where Metro offers delivery and that I'm physically challenged so I have to do my order on line. Sad don't you think?

This app does not allow me to use my accumulated Metro Points from my phone. They say that I receive "rewards checks" by mail, but I cannot remember the address that I used when I first signed up in the app and that is required in order to activate the digital version of rewards. It is very frustrating.

You get a pop-up and if you choose yes or no, then the pop-up remains and you can't do anything. You must choose maybe later to use the app. Now, for on line shopping, it links to a website that forgets your ordering online.

The User Interface is EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. "Shop" function links me to a browser pop-up, then search an item on the web page requires a VERIFICATION THAT I AM HUMAN??! PLEASE explain to me, why do I need to spend another minute to click on trucks when I'm buying grocery?

In recent versions of the app, when you add items to your shopping list from the flyer, clicking the back button takes you to the very start of the flyer instead of where you were just at. It makes it quite laborious to add items to your list since you always have to scroll back to find your place. It used to work correctly, so hopefully this will be fixed soon.

User interface can be a little bit more self-explanatory. Got stuck in line trying to figure out my Air Miles number and it's hidden in the app

For over 2 weeks app is not displaying data! I can't claim my rewards! It's just as bad as the store I shop in!
