Not usable. Just like IOS, this app is junk for at least two major issues. First it only syncs when it feels like it. New Motorola phone and has failed sync three days in a row, to add,once it fails you are done. Can't get it to attempt sync again. Second, you cannot add reading manually. You definitely need to be able to do this. If it fails you can add it plus your device is not the only way your PB is taken. Thought that after some time this would be fixed, well it's not. It will be uninstall

The app used to work. It sometimes worked intermittently, but now it won't sync to the BP monitor at all. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and back on my phone, but I keep getting the same message - that BP monitor is rejecting Bluetooth pairing to my device. I've previously emailed Microlife in the past with no response. I will contact them later by phone, and update this review.

Got an update and after that could not get device and app to sync. Figured it was just a glitch in the app. Uninstalled and tried numerous times to reconnect. Figured after reading all the reviews that others were having the same problem that the company would find and repair the issue. Been about 5 months of waiting. What's going on. I bought this so I could take my data to doctor and show him. Sucks!@@

Simple, no ads and it keeps a long track of all of your BP readings and HR. The downside is that it fails to download the data sometimes even after it found the device and connects to it It may be a hardware issue and not software.

Nope/Nope, crazy uncool, making this thing more trouble than it's worth. Like EVERYONE else who took the time to offer a review my main conclusion is poor connectivity. 'Poor'? Naw, it's awful, rendering it essentially useless. My main thought now is with so many sucky reviews over what? A whole year? A simple fix couldn't have been implemented during that one year?? Too bad, too. Because the unit actually does have potential for being a satisfactory, useful b/p monitor. So: LAZY 😡😡 works

Wow. It's been a long time since I've been so unimpressed with a corporate app. This is utterly useless. Whoever was contracted to develop this should be embarrassed and the business stakeholders including the executives at Microlife should be fired. Uninstalled in less than 5 minutes.

This review is for the app only. The device works fine . . . I understand now why the app has so many one star ratings. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8, and has no problems connecting to any other devices using Bluetooth. I called Microlife, and they said "sometimes it's a phone problem". RIGHT! It's apparent to me that Microlife didn't do their homework on this one. I'm taking this Chinese made device back to Costco and going shopping for an old fashioned BP cuff and a stethoscope.

The capacity of the Note field seems to be unlimited. This is great for tracking vital statistics. Interfacing with Excel is trouble free. The performance of this app is more than satisfactory.

Doesn't regularly connect over bluetooth. Also randomly changes from person 1 to person 2, so data is lost when it does connect over bluetooth. I just write my BP down and have given up acting like syncing is an option.

This application is only for pulling BP results from the BP device. It is not a control application and does not automatically initiate a sync. It is a VERY basic app. The application is not intuitive, and the BP connection for sync gives no indication of the connection attempts. The device shows up in the Bluetooth device list on the phone, but provides no supporting information about connectivity. The device sync connectivity is an afterthought, as is the app. 2 stars.
