The latest version is very buggy. It keeps asking me to log in every day, though I'm logged in alread, and I have to exit and come back in to avoid that, every day. Then when I buy the 1GB free daily, it doesn't show up and says no data unless I exit and come back in. And the app keeps crashing. --- Ok so I cleared data like you told me to and now it gets stuck trying to do the verification code! I type in the code I received in SMS, but it just gets the waiting circle FOREVER!!!!

The reload should make it easier for customers where we can reload any amount we want. Sim card insert into iPhone will automatically deduct 50sen, regardless if you activate imessage or not. After purchasing, it need to wait a while to take effect. Account always auto logout. Better update the app, this version is laggy and have many errors.

This app is sickening. "Oops! This is awkward. Please try again." Is there any on going improvement work being done? Uninstalling and reinstall the app as suggested isn't the ideal choice. After purchasing data, it does not update immediately unlike other telco. Internet connection will only work after restarting phone. Please rectify this issue ASAP. Internet coverage isn't as wide as promised.

This app got lots of problems.1) I need to login every 2-3 days. 2) Sometimes the plan that I buy doesn't show on the app. 3) The app glitch with under maintenance notice and I need to reinstall the app to use it again. 4) The buying process can sometimes be very long. 5) The reply from them is to clear data & cache, or reinstall the app. Well developer in case you didn't notice or do not understand my review, all the problems (1-4) are persistent problems. Meaning that it happen frequently.....

Worst apps I have ever encountered since the system was upgraded on 21/10/21. Until today the system is still can't run properly. I can't log in, can't reload, can't buy data..., even I uninstall and reinstall the apps so many times. Tried to switch off my phone and restart so many times also can't work. The apps seems so useless now!!! Top mgmt, pls wake up!!!

The new version of this app become even worse. Why is that? Apps should be much better after the update but this app getting worse. I used this app for long time since 2019 and I never facing the problem with the reload takes too long to appear at the account balance. But this newer version when I was successfully reloaded, the account balance doesn't change, no matter how many time I refresh it. I understand that it takes time, but why? This app doesn't like this before.

Everytime I try to login, the popup message shows: Oops! The number you've entered does not exist in our system. Kindly enter the valid mobile number. Really? WTH is wrong with this new version 3.9.2? Very disappointing! If I don't get this issue fixed 7 days, I'll log a complaint to MCMC or best, I'll just terminate the service.

lot of problem with this app 1. Take a long time to proceed reload credit. 2. I already subscribe internet but nothing happen in my account and i cant use the internet 3. Always crash even after upgrade system. Idk what u upgrade maybe adding more trash. 4. Cant redeem free internet. 5. Lagging and crash after 5 min used 6. Line and internet connection not stable Come on unifi. U the well known telco in Malaysia how can u give this service to us. And i thought after upgrade its better but not.
