Straight forward hassle free short term car rental. The cars are in reasonable condition, accessible 24/7. Not the best condition cars you ever get but definitely the cheapest around. Good Job Gocar.

Fuel level bar useless in app..their said not accurate..please not use Gocar app. What fuel bar purpose, decoration inside app. Incharge person, please follow up. Although no took photo before and after, no reimburse. Common sense, knew terms and conditions, who purposely cheat your MYR 50. When use yours service fine, fuel level left 1 bar. Need took time, get appointment.

Worse app have seen, app cannot update my detail, and keep failed my update documentation without showing error which i have to repeat upload documents in infinite round until give up. Not recommend to use this lousy service

I really wanted to rent a car conveniently. There is no option to upload my documents from my gallery and forced to use the app's camera. I have a 30 mp camera and when I snap using the app's camera, everything is blurry. There's no way to contact support through the app. And I have uploaded my documents 3 times! I'm frustrated and honestly don't feel like renting a car through your app anymore! BTW it only took 10 mins on SOCAR to approve my documents.

Few problems that makes me really disappoint on this app as 1st time user.The car didn't at the pick up point because the last user haven't return back the car. But the biggest problem is not this, is you still can booking the car that the car is at Broga and you at Serdang. Not just because I'm unlucky on that moment. But as GoCar support team really do their job ? One mistake do it twice per day on me as a 1st User. Last but not less, the support make a terrible mistake on refund issue.
