Customer Service state "If you cannot update your details, our colleagues will fill in the information at the branch quickly and easily when picking up the vehicle". Then what's the point of offering the express service?

CENTAURO IN CHANIA (GREECE) THIEVES!!! RUN AWAY UNTIL YOU HAVE TIME They robbed us since the beginning. Firstly, they obliged us to make an extra insurance of 21 euro /day because we didn't have credit card, saying that this insurance covers everything. Then, when we returned the car, they found an invisible scratch that we SURELY didn't do, and they charged us 90 extra euro. They took advantage of the fact we were tourists and we couldn't call the police as we had to catch the flight. RUN AWAY
