L'application Alix & Moi permet l’accès à une nouvelle méthode d'entraînement cérébral développée dans le cadre d'un programme de recherche mené au centre hospitalier Le Vinatier, à Lyon, en partenariat avec PULSALYS.

Alix & moi vous propose :

- d’identifier les domaines dans lesquels vous voulez progresser (vie 
sociale, hygiène et santé, vie pro, organisation domestique…),

- de vous entraîner à réaliser mentalement des actions simples de la vie 
quotidienne, afin d’activer les réseaux neuronaux qui seront mis à contribution dans la réalité,

- un défi par semaine, constitué de différents entrainements pour lesquels vous recevrez un rappel en tant voulu via les notifications de votre téléphone.
