Good app so far. Wish it would give more control over which kanji to practice. Also the English translation should be more noticeable.

Currently there is a critical error in this app. I am not entirely sure what causes this (perhaps a data setting? I will run some tests) but the app is currently showing me the same 5 kanji over and over again. It will not drill new or old kanji, so I cannot progress through. I was considering purchasing, but obviously will not do so in this state. Will update with a fix if I find one. The code is probably attempting to check for a setting, and looping when it fails.

Works great in conjunction with other learning methods. Not always clear which definition some translations are going for. "Association" for example; we talking 'how things are associated with one another', or 'an Association that people can join'? Need to be able to read katakana and hiragana to learn kanji pronunciations. Duolingo now has improved lessons to improve this skill.

Really good for familiarizing with kanji stroke order. Can be used for learning meanings, but it is somewhat difficult to do so.

When you make a mistake with the stroke order, the next kanji sometimes loads too quickly and you accidentally get the next kanji also wrong because you touch the screen again.

Annoying vibration when making a mistake. Definitely helping to learn kanji. Unclear how close or far the next level is.

the only app that actually helps with memorizing kanji. Sometimes simple is best

Good for introducing new kanji. The only trouble is you can't select a "practice what I've learned so far" mode. It's constantly throwing new kanji at you. I'd love to be able to practice without always adding more in. Other than that it's great.

The best for stoke order, I recommend buying a touchscreen pen to use with this app. I would like the developer to add english translation and onyomi konyomi reading above the character, currently I can only choose one or the other. This way the user can learn kanji reading, writing, calligraphy, stroke order and vocabulary with english translation.

Nice and easy app to learn kanjis whilst learning the order of the strokes when drawing them. Might be improved by: - giving the several meanings of a kanji, not only the main one - adding options to hide the kanji whilst drawing it. Might even consider tho show the kanji until silver level, flash it before hiding it at gold, then adding a platinum level where the kanji is no more shown.
