It's ok in most of the time I had it.. I've been paying monthly for this and I'm still subscribed but all of a sudden it logged me out of my subscription in all my devices.. Google Play shows I'm still subscribed but in all the devices I cannot access VIP contents. I've emailed Shahid few times but no response.. everyone in Australia that I know told me to access these content via IPTV, but I gave Shahid the benifit of the doubt, however, it is very dissapointing and no response from them.

Im a subscriber since years. Last night suddenly I was not able to access VIP programs although my monthly subscription expiry date is 10 October 2021. I subscribed again for one year validity and still not able to access. I paid for 2 subscriptions for nothing. Very bad support service. It takes long time to respond without being able to resolve the issue.

Took my monthly subscription fees a week ago, but im not able to watch any VIP content. The application keeps asking me to join VIP to watch. I Contacted customer service and they told me i don't have an activate subscription and I showed them the receipt but they were not able to help me. Looks like so many people facing the same problem when I read the reviews but MBC is doing nothing about it. Return our money if you can't provide us with the service we paid for!!!

This is nonsense.. as of a sudden the app is not working despite am a VIP subscriber. I don't know what is happening all the time the app tells me to subscribe into the VIP with a monthly fees, while my subscription is valid until mid of October. Tell what can I do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a hack,I'm a vip subscriber for over a year and suddenly I'm logged out,my vip subscription is gone,my watching history is gone even though they just took their monthly payment!! Even when I log out then log in again the password is always invalid and have to change it every time!!! This is called stealing,incompetence and lack of any professionalism Terrible platform

They take the subscription fees and u don't get the vip app working ... this is the worst experience with TV apps and they never answer phone or WhatsApp support out of 5 days calling them I they answered me once only and they asked me to write them email. They never respond to it until now. What a waste of time

I paid for a subscription last week, but I still cannot watch anything either on the app or the website. I emailed your customer support and they haven't bothered to get in touch with me or fix the problem. Bravo!!

Please try to add a feature in your tv app, which can show all the episodes of a serie while watching, and also to move to the next episode without waiting for the episode to finish or forward it till the end, your phone app has this feature and it's easier to use.

There seems to be a bug when changing the subscription from monthly to yearly. Even if you pay, the app will not consider you a VIP subscriber. The Customer Support are working on fixing it, but more that 2 weeks passed now, and the problem persists. يبدو أن هناك مشكلة في تحويل الإشتراك من شهري إلى سنوي، حيث يتم الدفع لكنك ستجد فقط النسخة التجريبية. مركز المساعدة يعمل على حل هذه المشكلة

Terrible App. It doesn't even open and continue crashing. As for the customer service, they are the worst ever one could deal with.
