👎👎👎👎👎This app and it's "support" Suck. Can't access my child's account to put money in there for meals and when I tried contacting the app developer, I was "talking" with a machine. All automated responses, none of which answered my questions or helped me with how to put money in my child's meal account. I can't wait for my district to finally switch to a different app. I was told they are getting close to pulling the plug on this current application. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

They updated and re-released the app and it seemed much better. However, it frequently displays incorrect grades for classes that don't match the HAC web view or teachers' computers. This causes problems for students or parents who mistakenly think they are doing worse or better than reality. Fix the grades! It's the primary reason for this app to exist.

Love this app, but why aren't all of the classes showing up??? Renders the app useless, if I'm going to have to go log on at a PC anyway. UPDATE: Still horriby unreliable. Can't tell you how many times I've fussed at my kids for grades that prove to be inaccurate or not updated.

**Update I'm so frustrated with not showing grades. It's good to know the library books checked out work and lunch balabce but grades are more important. I hope its fixed quickly. Sometimes things, such as classes, are there and sometimes not. Glad to have it with its flaws though.

What happened to the old app? For months it has been a work in progress with many things not available. Do the updates during the summer so parents can have a functioning app during the school year!

Lots of good stuff but not necessarily useful stuff. REALLY needs to have HAC accessible. REALLY needs to be able to manage multiple children.

Why is it asking for my ID and everytime I open a item after inital entrace to app. I shouldnt have to put my ID in everytime I open an item at app. I put an ID and password in for menu at school lunch and I have to do the same at when looking at student info. The second ID request, wont even take my ID and password. Saying it will send me setup verification, which it does then it still wont recognize me, I think, poor setup.

Our school district essentially just repeats their twitter feed here.. I don't know what else it does but take up space on my phone and is poorly laid out. Not a fan. Update:HAC states that enrollment much be done via misdgo app if using your phone or tablet to, but there is NO place on the app to do so. Yikes.
