Reinstallation loses paid for tickets already on the device. Password reset emails don't arrive. Same bugs as the app had at launch years ago. Update: dev responds to this review with "please contact support address". I had. The mail was blanked.

Bought a bus ticket to use it the day after. The ticket expired at midnight of the same day and I couldn't use it. After 1 call and 2 emails I am still waiting for the refund of 1.5 €. It is since years that I didn't have troubles buying online and it will be the first time I am requesting my card issuer to get a refund (1.5€). 🤦🏼♂️ Seems totally absurd, but ya, it is still my money and it is not how it should work online. 🤨 Better to buy the traditional paper ticket 🎟️

Don't show bus tickets after buying online in the app. I have contacted through email with the support of the app but still the same.

Criminally unfit for purpose. I have also experienced disappearing tickets.Worse than that, during a ticket inspection on the bus the app failed to open and I was left with a fine of €66. update: a very attentive and thorough response to my review from app support has led me to add a couple of stars. that said, the problem should not have occurred in the first place and inspection staff should have been properly trained to assist the client.

This application sucks big time. You can't validate your ticket in the bus, the ticket is deleted forever if you try to clear cache. And what is more when you try to buy another ticket after a reinstall, it doesn't appear in your tickets. I am very disappointed in Tper

Worst Travel App Used Across World - Avoid. Searches for options are random (not at times requested). Only one ticket can be valid at any one time and if you uninstall & reinstall to try to correct app issues you lose all your purchased tickets which is just criminal. Terrible app.

Very Bad app, i will never recommend any body to use it. After i recharge the app with over 10 euro, i couldn't use the money at all. I tryied thier customer service for help but they keep on asking me back and forth with the same questions, more than 11 emails we exchanged together final they did not reply to me again until now. So i will advise all amd everybady not to use it.

Tickets are not shown in the app. But the money were transfered. So you basically got my money and give no tickets. I recommend your app developers to take at least a basic programming course. Ah, and the call center, of course, never replies. Congratulations

The app does not support multiple tickets' validation. It validates the first ticket but the second ticket gives the error " already validated"; which is not true. Please fix this.
