So at first this app worked like a charm. But it got updated and then was completely unusable, I got a new card and while trying to add the card, it would crash and log me out everytime, untill today, where I had a super strong internet connection, it worked! I don't know if this is the problem, but it seems to work if your connection is really good, but anything other than Chinese grade internet will cause it to fail. But the devs seem to know about the issue and are working on it, so finger crossed! Is a great app when working for sure. 11/23 App is now working great for me! No issues at all.

I used this app on my Galaxy Note 8 with no problem and loved the app however since getting a Galaxy s10 I am not even able to see the whole app. After getting a new device you have to verify all the info but it doesn't fill the whole screen and are able unable to enter any info. I took my phone to Sprint where they tried to help figure out why but they too are unable to get it to do anything. Update 8/7/2019 Thank you for fixing this issue. I have upgraded from one star to 5 star

Love this app for transferring money to my daughters quickly. Feels safer with fingerprint encryption. Having issues after Aug 5, 2019 update. Fingerprint enabled and quick balance were turned off & not by me. Tried to transfer and had to receive PIN verification call again and it would state verified and then app would say transaction declined. Tried 4 times and still unable to process. Banking institution could see the issue but unaware of why.

Terrible app. Used to work great but now fingerprint login no longer works and I have to reset my password and re-register my card everytime I need to use it. Makes the app useless for making security changes on the fly. I contacted customer service months ago to no avail. Avoid this app if you're not forced to use it as I am with my bank.

wouldn't take password, kept complaining about needing a special character, despite adding several special to the password. further it would blank out the password fields forcing me to retype them each try. it's clear from this experience the app developers have a seething contempt for users, and seek to raise their blood pressure. password security is based on entropy. a narrow list of "special characters" is not secure. and making users guess that list is bad ux

Honestly, the app is horrible. After registering, I can't see any of my account balances or transactions. I can't do anything such as a funds transfer. I'm really not sure what the purpose of this clunky thing is except to waste my time. What's really sad is that the app from my bank works great. Shazam!! Yeah.... Whatever.

I have tried to reinstall app over 5 times because it stops working every time I try to open it. I have not made it past the log in screen. I would not recommend this app at all, I wish my bank used a different system.

App is not able to open! Tried several times, even sent feedback! Still will not open! Horrible app for your banking needs! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it helps! Neither works! After the update, it has not worked since!

the most useless bank app ive ever had in my lifetime. I miss my old bank. A real bank app should have up to the minute details on your finances, you know, like ALL the other bank apps do. This is frustrating and misserable. Its like 15 years behind in technology.

This is really sad I'm forced to use this app with the my bank and I have called customer service they have sent me to numerous numbers no one seems to want to help technical support has no idea but that's all it talks about on the reviews how everyone's getting app closing on them. The sad thing is I'm think I'm going to have to close my checking account and get a checking account at a different bank so I can use their apps on my phone
