Intro animation screen has never worked on my LG G5. And now the app crashes on start uo and no longer works.

This app chewed up over 2 GB of my data. No wonder it wouldn't work on TIFF's Wi-Fi!!!

Tried on 2 different android devices and it just loops on the opening TIFF logo. Friend with an iPhone had the same issue. Edit : app used 5 gigs of mobile. data on my tablet in background mode. Total bs! I didn't even open it!!!

Good layout/UI concept, but execution is poor. "My Planner" feature is horrifically buggy and keeps deleting films from the list. Lack of an easy-to-use film calendar is an unfortunate omission. Massive room for improvement, but not unusable at least.

Update 2: Can't use vouchers to exchange for tickets through app, have to search with accented titles (who can really find where those letters are?), the search is limited within by whatever filter you use so you have to first deselect all those, from schedule to movie details going back leads always to current date instead of date you selected, random blank screens requiring restart, takes ages to load (they probably load all the movies each time you start an app) and so on. Why it's so hard to make a decent and simple to use app? Don't see any response from developers here on all the bad reviews, which makes it seem they don't care. I use the app only to show the tickets which seems to be somewhat working. Update: Still waiting for bug free and usable app. Next year? Rate this effort zero. Will the TIFF please enter the 21 century and finally released an app for a phone? Apparently they are not able to do it. Stick to pen and paper. Maybe in 2 years time they'll finally release bug free version.
