For this reason, safety checklists (such as LMRA, TRA and VGWM) must be completed (daily) for each project by work implementers. This is a lot of paperwork, with a high probability of being unclear. The VCA Check App helps you prevent this. The employer or manager has the option, via computer or laptop, of adding workers and creating projects with the associated safety checklists. Work implementers log in to the app at the workplace, choose a project and fill in the questions of the relevant checklist (s). After completion of a random checklist, the employer or manager will automatically receive the relevant completed checklist in the mail. GREAT ADVANTAGE: DIGITAL LMRA! All safety checklists (LMRA, TRA and VGWM) can be used separately in the VCA Check App. Work implementers are now carrying a plastic 'LMRA ticket' in their pocket. In this way, the employer or manager can never check whether a work provider has gone through the questions. By filling in a digital LMRA, an employer or manager always receives the completed LMRA in the mail. In this way you can always guarantee the safety prior work. Als ondernemer, HR-, safety- of riskmanager, ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de werkplek. Daarom moeten er (dagelijks) per project verplicht door werkuitvoerders veiligheidschecklijsten (zoals LMRA, TRA en VGWM) ingevuld worden. Dit is veel papierwerk, met grote kans op onduidelijkheden. De VCA Check App helpt je dit voorkomen.
De werkgever of leidinggevende heeft de mogelijkheid om, via computer of laptop, werkuitvoerders toe te voegen en projecten met de daarbij behorende veiligheidschecklijsten aan te maken. Werkuitvoerders loggen op de werkplek in op de app, kiezen een project en vullen de vragen van de betreffende checklijst(en) in. Na afronding van een willekeurige checklijst, ontvangt de werkgever of leidinggevende automatisch de betreffende ingevulde checklijst in de mail.
In de VCA Check App zijn alle veiligheidschecklijsten (LMRA, TRA en VGWM) los van elkaar te gebruiken. Werkuitvoerders lopen nu met een plastic ‘LMRA-kaartje’ op zak. De werkgever of leidinggevende kan zo nooit nagaan of een werkuitvoerder de vragen heeft doorlopen. Door het invullen van een digitale LMRA ontvangt een werkgever of leidinggevende altijd de ingevulde LMRA in de mail. Op deze manier kun je de veiligheid voorafgaande werkzaamheden altijd waarborgen.
Behalve het digitaal invullen van veiligheidschecklijsten biedt de VCA Check App meer functionaliteiten. Een ongeluk is helaas nooit 100% uit te sluiten. Mocht er toch een (bijna) incident plaatsvinden, dan kan dit via de app gemeld worden, door het uploaden van foto’s, een omschrijving en de locatie. De werkgever of leidinggevende ontvangt dit automatisch in de mail.
De Symbolenzoeker maakt het mogelijk om snel de betekenis van symbolen te achterhalen. Bij een noodsituatie volgt de gebruiker van de app een stappenplan, zodat hij of zij weet hoe op de juiste manier te moeten handelen. De app geeft ook een uitgebreide beschrijving van de veiligheidsregels die gelden bij onder andere werkzaamheden als werken op hoogte, besloten ruimten en chemicaliën.
