Seems difficult to get in touch with Spark. After much searching, I found the Tel number of the Spark store in the Lower Hutt Mall ( via Mall customer info service) and left a request for them to ring me. They were too busy of course - never got a reply back. I've got this impression of Spark policy: don't ring us, we'll call you at our convenience. Where is Spark listed in the phone book????

I found the app to be missing a number of features and account access. Every time I have had to make a change to my information, make an extra payment or add a service, it has been much easier to do over the phone than to try and navigate the app.

Not very good after the update. Can not for the life of me figure out how to get the Spotify Extra. Keep going onto Buy Extras but it's simply not there. I have a plan on auto renew that gives me the 50% off. Still, cant find it. Really bad design.

Every time I try to message support it takes me here to download the app... even though I'm already in the app. Leading to an endless loop of play store and app as I go back and forth trying to contact support.

The new layout is very difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Everything takes longer as to find where the packages and current plans/usage are. It's not possible to add an auto-renew for the half-price Spotify, for instance, once you are using it, which was very easy to do using the old layout. I would like to change it to the old layout, ut I can't so I will uninstall it. The previous layout was much better. I hope you change it back or at least offer this option as to make things easier.

App was fine until I changed from prepaid to plan...now I can't access the products in the app...can't link anything as it doesn't recognise my name. Then I tried to get assistance an was mucked around for 2 days

Great service. Iv been with Spark for 19 years. No complaints. Never had a major boradband or mobile issue. One of the lucky ones I guess.

I really like my mobile/internet service provider and the spark team. The app itself is easy to use but I don't reccomend payment through the app as it can most times have issues.

not many plans, internet is good, customer service seem to be good but I have had several difficulties with bills and no follow ups later to check if once is spoken
