Such a good idea, but can't set up an account, same as others get stuck in the entering an email address phase. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading to no avail. I did start this process before and got further into it, which is why I know it could be good.. I first heard about the app a long time ago, but it had been dormant for at least a year and I wanted to try again. Disappointed I can't get anywhere with it now.

Couldn't get through the email set up stage. Besides the technical issues this app has, I feel it to be a big jump in trust for a lot of people to enter your bank details before knowing what this app has to offer in the first place. I didn't like this approach & wouldn't recommend

Abandonware? I can no longer login and the "forgotten password" function does nothing. The chatbot repeatedly asks for email address. Checked the developer website and discovered all their social media accounts have been deleted.

Couldn't get past the sign up process. Asks for email, input email. Still asks for email. App doesn't work at all.

Great idea and well worth downloading just to get a better understanding of your carbon footprint and how to lower it. And a good way to discover new brands too. But it plants 1 tree and protects 5 for every £10 you spend (on average). If you need to buy something anyway then it's definitely worth using but the constant drive to buy new products is part of the problem. It'd be better to repair what you have and make a donation to plant the equivalent number of trees. Other than that, it's great!

Good app overall. However, this app is not for me and I want to delete my information but the 'settings' option does not work. Please sort this out. Thanks. I would give it 4 stars but I do not like the fact that my information is being stored without an option for me to delete it.

Love this app - such a good idea. You connect your bank card, then shop with the sustainable brands promoted in the app, and earn offsets while you do. Even the most carbon aware of us can use a little boost. I'm excited to see how quickly I can get to Net-Zero!

I can't seem to actually get into the app anymore. I'm just stuck on a landing page saying the community impact that there's no way of moving on from.
